| The Conference will commence in the morning of the 1st of June 2009 and will end on the 5th of June 2009 in the afternoon. Registration and Welcome Cocktail will take place on the 31st of May 2009. |

| The Karibea Resort Sainte-Luce is located 25 kilometres from Lamentin/Fort de France international airport. A dedicated coach/taxi service from and to Lamentin/Fort de France International Airport will be operating on main travel days. A bus/taxi time schedule will be prepared based on your flight details and will be forwarded to you by e-mail one week prior to your arrival. |

| Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to thle@onera.fr, specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support. |

| It is recommended that participants arrange insurance for medical expenses, loss of personal belongings and accidents occurring during the congress. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages or injuries. |

| The conference fees, 406 €, include: proceedings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches for 5 days, welcome cocktail, Gala dinner, special evening and airport transfers on main travel days. |

Resort where the conference will be held. Special prices will be available for conference participants (including room and dinner). The reservations will be accessible online through the TI2009 website when starting the registration process. |

Accommodation: Cancellations received on or after the 12th of May 2009 will be subject to one night's cancellation charge. No-show participants will be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Registration: Cancellations before the 12th of May 2009: 80% of fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after the 12th of May 2009: fee non-refundable. |
